Dr. Harki Dhillon is an orthopedic and hand surgeon in Riverside. Founder and President/ Director of the Riverside International Film Festival.

Harki serves on the University of California Foundation Board of Trustees and is the Chairman of the Board of Visitors of the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences of UCR.

He is a member of the Mayor's advisory committee of Riverside. Harki is the Producer of a critically acclaimed movie called "Beyond Honor".

Kishori Reddy has been actively involved with RIFF from its inception. 

Kishori currently serves on the Board of Riverside International Council (http://www.irc-riverside.org ) to further strengthen ‘people to people’, cultural and educational relationships and add emphasis to the economic component. 

She is a leading member of Hyderabad (India) Sister City with Riverside, CA (http://www.irc-riverside.org/sistercities/hyderabad.html) that promotes cultural and educational bonds and global economic development between the two cities.

Nancy Douglas has been active in the Riverside International Film Festival ever since she begged to become involved while attending RIFF's 2002 inaugural screenings.

This year, as a member of the Board of Directors of RIFF, she is serving as Secretary and Programmer. As a librarian at the University of California, Riverside, she is the Head of the Cataloging Department and the library Subject Selector for Drama and Film and Visual Culture.

Nancy is in the process of writing a book on history as portrayed in motion pictures.

Dennis Boyer is an active member of the Riverside community and contributes to the arts by supporting various community groups.

Dennis currently works as a paralegal with the law firm of Sabbah & MacKoul in Riverside.

Dennis has won several educational awards and chaired several county wide committees.

A published author and volunteer for the arts, Dennis brings his talent and energy to RIFF as its Treasurer.

Mr. Warren has served on many Boards for Inland Empire organizations and is currently on the Boards of the Riverside International Film Festival, the Riverside Humane Society Pet Adoption Center, the Inland Empire Chapter of the American Red Cross, the San Bernardino Valley College Foundation and is president of the San Bernardino Kiwanis Club.
 
 Mr. Warren is currently doing mediations for the Small Claims Court of the Riverside Superior Court and staying active in Chamber of Commerce and other community activities.

Varun Khanna started his professional acting career at the age of 12 and was named the youngest professional director in India at age 17.
 
 A Phi Kappa Phi graduate from the Ohio State University with an MFA in directing and an MA in scenic design from the University of Akron.
 
 Varun upon graduation went on to lead a nationally recognized theatre company in the mid-west. In 1992, he was chosen as one of three upcoming directors in the US during a national search of theatre talent.
 
 In 1996,Varun moved to California to write and edit television news magazine weekly broadcasts on the International Channel, KSCI, WPXN, and KTSF. He is a member of the Academy of  Television, Arts, and Sciences.
 
 Varun has written & directed two feature films Beyond Honor and Spice of Life.

Brent Lee is new to RIFF and brings with him oodles of enthusiasm and energy.
He is a Realtor with the local brokerage company Tower Realty. 

He is very active in the local community as a member of Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce, Riverside East Rotary,  International Relations Council.
Brent is a enthusiast of art and a proud supporter of it in Riverside.

Kristin Tillquist is the Chief-of-Staff to Mayor Loveridge for the City of Riverside.
In that capacity, she is responsible for international relationship development and she worked to develop the City's International Strategic Plan which was adopted in anuary 2004.  In addition to her international relations duties, Kristin assists the Mayor with projects and initiativesrelated to his goals in economic development, quality of life, and inclusivity for the City of Riverside. Kristin also helps the Mayor develop Riverside as the "City of the Arts".

Kristin is a retired lawyer who practiced civil litigation for a number of years before moving to Riverside. Prior to taking up her current post, she also worked with the City's downtown association as their Interim Executive Director assisting in the progress and development of Riverside's downtown amenities.

Kristin has a B.A. in Political Science and a J.D. in Law.Very widely traveled, Kristin has spent a significant amount of time living in Eastern Europe and in Japan.Kristin is also a speaker and writer on the topic of etiquette and business protocol and is authoring a book on the subject."
