The Riverside International Film Festival (RIFF) is holding its tenth annual poster competition. The festival is a celebration of the diversity and storytelling of a world-wide array of film artists telling stories new and old, joyful and tragic, documentary and imaginative.
Take this opportunity to join in this event and perhaps provide for all the Face of the Festival!
Submission Requirements
- Poster must be 11x17 inches and mounted on ¼” foam core backing
- Contact information (name, phone number, address and email address) must be affixed to the back of the submission
- Artwork may be any reproducible medium and must show the following information:
- The name: Riverside International Film Festival
- The website: riversidefilmfest.org
- The year: 10th annual
- The date of the festival: April 20-29, 2012
- The location: UltraStar University Village Theater
- The RIFF logo (shadows are optional).

Awards
- First Prize: $250 and 2011 season tickets to the festival. The poster will be used widely as a poster for publicity, at the RIFF website, in postcards, and on the Festival program
- Second and Third place winners will receive 2011 season tickets to the festival
RIFF will maintain publishing rights to the artwork. Prints may also be made available for sale at the festival, with all proceeds to go to RIFF.
Submissions must be received by December 31, 2011 at the UCR Barbara and Art Culver Center of the Arts at 3834 Main Street Mall, Riverside, CA 92501.
All work will be displayed and the judging of the posters will take place at the Culver Center. Art will be available for pick-up after the judging has taken place.
